Dr Shaukat Ali has assumed charge as the registrar of GC University Lahore. The Punjab Higher Education Department on Monday issued the notification of his appointment after the approval of Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar. Besides vast academic and administrative experience, Dr Shaukat holds a PhD degree in educational management from the Punjab University. He has also served at the Allama Iqbal Open University as Additional Registrar.
