Local police has requested the federal government to issue a red warrant of one of the brother of slain model and social media sensation Qandeel Baloch on Monday.
The Mutan Police has asked the federal government to issue red warrants of Arif, the brother of Qandeel Baloch who resides in Saudi Arabia, so that they can arrest him through Interpol.
According to police, the prime accused in model’s murder case, Waseem, was in constant contact via telephone with his brother, Arif, at the time of the murder.
Qandeel Baloch’s parents had also named their two other sons, Aslam Shaheen and Arif as accomplices in the murder.
Earlier, the additional district and sessions’ court judge rejected the bail plea of Muhammad Wasim.
In his petition, Wasim stated that the police implicated him in the case with a mala fide intention, and requested the court that the case would also take a long time to wind up, so keeping him in jail till the decision of the case was unjustified.
