RAWALPINDI: Health teams have claimed to have achieved the target of polio-vaccination for the entire district during the five-day drive which concluded on Friday.
Talking to APP, District Health Incharge Muhammad Hussain said over 811,798 children, below five years age, were administered anti-polio drops during the campaign. He said some 1,951 mobile health teams participated in the drive.
He himself monitored the campaign and visited various areas to inspect the working of polio teams, he added.
