KARACHI: Sindh Education and Literacy Minister Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has said that the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is the best example to be followed in all walks of life and it is the only way of salvation not only in this world but also for the world hereafter.
He said while speaking as a chief guest in a Seerat Conference at Public School Gadap Karachi. Principal Muhammad Yousuf Shaikh and Board of Governors Chairman Dr Muhammad Suleman also spoke on the occasion.
The minister advised the students to thoroughly study about the life of our Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) and make every effort to follow his teachings in their practical lives.
He emphasized upon the teachers to motivate their students to read about the Seerat. “Islam is the religion of peace and tolerance and right now the world needs the philosophy of Islam to create harmony among the nations of the world,” he added.
He assured the college administration that the education department would consider the issues faced by the college and efforts would be made to provide a bus for pick and drop of the staff as well as the students.
