RAWALPINDI: A terrorist was killed by security forces during an Intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan, according to Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) press release.
According to details, a terrorist named Hakim was killed in Daraban area of the city after he made six civilians hostage for ulterior motives during Operation Radd-ul Fasaad. The suspect was armed with automatic weapons and grenades.
All six hostages were rescued by security forces, the military’s media wing stated.
Four security forces personnel were injured during the operation.
