Two people, including a tribal leader, were killed in separate incidents of firing in different areas of Khyber district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Thursday.
The first incident took place in Botan area of Maidan tehsil in Tirah valley where armed men gunned down a leader of Qaumi Sarishta, Maza Khan, and fled the scene.
In another incident, assailants gunned down 45-year-old Pisham Gul of Khogakhel Shinwari in main bazaar of Landi Kotal.
The bodies were shifted to different hospitals of respective areas. Separate cases were registering against murderers and investigation was in progress.
