PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) notified residents and workers in Hayatabad of plans to shut off the power in the area for maintenance work.
According to the notification, power supply would remain suspended in the 132 KV Jamrud grid station on 7th January from 9 am to 3 pm due to which consumers of 11 KV Mohmand steel, Express-1, 2, Olympia, PPI-2, PCB, Cendey centre, Umrak, Cellwood, Frontier Green Wood feeders would face inconvenience.
In addition, the statement said that power supply would remain suspended from the 132 KV Hayatabad Grid Station on the January 8, 10, 11 and 12 from 9 am to 3 pm as result of which the consumers of the 11 KV Hayatabad-11 feeders would face inconvenience.
Similarly, power supply would remain suspended from 132 KV Peshawar Industrial Grid Station, on January 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, and 18 from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm which would mean that consumers of the 11 KV Pashtakhara, Shiekh Mohammadi, Landi Arbab-1, New Dehbahadar, Old Dehbahadar feeders would face difficulty.
