KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Friday said that Punjab played host a many armed groups of men.
Imran, while speaking to the media, emphasised the need for the implementation of the National Action Plan in Punjab. He said, “We had all signed the National Action Plan to ensure that no armed groups would be allowed to operate in Pakistan.”
He alleged that the armed groups were being protected by influential people within Punjab.
He also discussed the Panama Papers case, saying that it was a war for the future of the country which had to be won.
He denied the existence of a Jewish conspiracy, pointing out that with Maulana Fazlur Rehman present that was not a possibility.
