MULTAN:Police on Tuesday arrested 46 outlaws and seized a large cache of drugs and weapons from their possession.
According to sources, police teams arrested 12 drug-peddlers and eight illegal weapon-holders along with confiscating 184-litresof liquor, 1,550 grammes of hashish, seven pistols, one revolver and bullets from their possession.
A thief who had carried off a goat was also caught. The teams also apprehended 23 suspected offenders wanted for different cases of dacoity, robbery, theft etc.
Meanwhile, two drivers were arrested for violating traffic rules.
