PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattakon Thursday urged the federal government to convene an all parties conference (APC) on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor under the chairmanship of the prime minister.
Talking to the media at Naushera after attending the preparatory meeting for 6th JCC meeting on CPEC, expected to be held on December 28-29, Khattak said his government had presented a number of alternative proposals for inclusion in the multi-billion dollar project so that maximum benefits were derived from it.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra also participated in the meeting besides the Gilgat-Baltistan chief minister, while Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal hosted the occasion.
