SIALKOT: Member of National Assembly (MNA) Chaudhry Armughan Subhani said that the local governments played a key role in the development of the nation as well as solving people’s problems at a local level, and proved to be a nursery of democracy.
He was addressing a meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) workers here on Monday. MPA Chaudhry Tariq Akhtar Subhani, Sialkot District Council Vice-Chairman Chaudhry Raza Subhani and PML-N leaders Sufi Muhammad Ishaq, Naeem Akhtar, Chaudhry Latif Wainse, Rana Moon and President PML-N Women Wing Sialkot Nusrat Jamshaid Malik were also present on the occasion.
The MNA said that the government’s effective policies bridged the gap between people and the government. He said that sincere and loyal party workers are a precious asset for PML-N’s government.
