RAWALPINDI: Two persons were arrested for allegedly manufacturing and selling fake cement of Maple Leaf cement company.
As per media reports, police took action on a tip off that some persons are manufacturing fake cement of Maple leaf Cement Company. Ganjmandi police conducted a raid at Ganjmnadi morr and arrested Shahid and Siddique while the third person Tahir fled from the scene. The arrested used to manufacture and supply fake cement to markets in different areas of Rawalpindi
Police have also recovered the raw material which was being used in preparing cement and empty cement bags.
Meanwhile Police have registered the case against the arrested persons and are further investigating the whole matter.
