SWABI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan on Sunday said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor would change the fate of Pakistan and that PTI had no issues against China.
The PTI chief was addressing a rally in Swabi, where he said that his party does not have anything against China but had reservations against the federal government.
He said that the federal government should make the CPEC contract public. He also raised the fact that Nawaz Sharif had promised that the western route would be made first in the project.
Imran Khan was of the view that every province should get its rights. He lambasted the prime minister and said in case an independent chairman of NAB was appointed; it would be destructive for Nawaz Sharif.
He also severely criticised Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam- Fazl Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman saying that he was the ‘vice captain of Nawaz’s corruption team’.
